NDIS NSW North Pilot
Streamlining requests for stock and contract items for NDIS participants
EnableNSW has working arrangements in place with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to help ensure a smooth transition for NDIS participants to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Together, we are working on a pilot to simplify requests for a broad range of cost effective aids and equipment from EnableNSW. These are products which are either readily available from the EnableNSW Equipment Centre or available via NSW Government contracts.
A simpler application process for these items will be piloted for six months across three NSW Local Health Districts (LHDs) - Hunter New England, Mid North Coast and Central Coast - commencing 4 December, 2017.
