Are you receiving a call back from EnableNSW?

With the increase of scams recently, we understand that many people may be feeling anxious about receiving calls or emails from people they do not know. If you are expecting a call back from EnableNSW, here are some things you should know:

• The number you will see displayed on your phone will be 02 9692 3751. You may wish to save this number in your contacts list so you know it is our team calling you
• Before you’re connected with one of our team members you will hear an automated message about your call being recorded. Be sure to stay on the line, as your call will be connected straight after
• If you receive a call from our team and you feel unsure, please end the call and dial 1800 362 253 or email enable@health.nsw.gov.au and one of our team members can verify this for you.
