Updated Transfer Equipment Funding Criteria now available

We have recently updated the funding criteria for Transfer Equipment (previously called Transfer Aids), you can now find this on our website.

One of the main changes to this document is ensuring the funding criteria is in line with the recently updated NSW Health Assistive Technology Policy.

The funding criteria also makes it easier to provide the required clinical information for provision of ceiling hoists, vehicle hoists, power lift chairs and leg lifters. The allocation limits for various equipment types has also been updated for improved clarity.

Please refer to the updated funding criteria before you submit a new application and when required always access documents from our website.
