NSW Flooding situation – how can we help you?

If you have been  impacted by the recent flooding events and you are unable to use your equipment  safely, please contact our team to see how we can help you.

Here are some things  we think you should know:

  • If  you have equipment loaned through EnableNSW that has been damaged or lost  because of the recent floods, you should contact us as soon as  you can to discuss your options.
  • It  is important to know some deliveries in flood affected areas may experience a  delay. This includes the delivery of equipment as well as consumable goods such  as continence, home enteral nutrition and respiratory items. If you are  concerned about the delay of your equipment or consumable goods, please contact us to discuss  your options.
  • Repairers  may also experience difficulty reaching people who live in flood affected  areas. If you become concerned about the length of time it is taking for a  repairer to reach you, please contact us to discuss  your options.
  • If  you don’t have an emergency plan in place, please visit the I’m  okay website for  tips/resources and a guide to developing your plan.
