The EnableNSW SASH Home Modifications program has been extended for 12 months
Published: 14 Jun 2022The Ministry of Health has extended funding for the EnableNSW SASH Home Modifications (HM) program until 30 June 2023.
This important program helps people 64 years of age and under who have a functional impairment, to access home modifications to help them manage their health condition safely at home. Learn more about the program on the EnableNSW SASH HM page or watch Sheldon’s story.
The decision to extend the program now provides the EnableNSW team more opportunity to continue evaluating the impacts of this program on people and their carers, clinicians and the health system more broadly. Clinicians who prescribe home modifications through the program are encouraged to participate in an evaluation survey when provided the opportunity.
