EnableNSW SASH Home Modifications program update – new resources and education sessions now available

See our frequently asked questions for information about the application process and eligibility for the program. We have also added some information outlining the requirements for the home modifications concept diagrams and reports.
Program update sessions are available via our prescriber education calendar. We encourage all Occupational Therapists to join one of these sessions to meet the team, hear about the new resources and ask any questions about the program.
