I am delighted to introduce you to EnableNSW Online, a self-service account that will allow you to submit and check the status of your equipment requests at any time.

As we draw near to the end of our 2020-2024 strategy, we remain committed to improving the ease with which users can access and navigate services, and the implementation of this system will help us work more seamlessly and efficiently with your clinical service.

As the manager, I am immensely proud of what the team has achieved since they commenced this project in 2021. They have been hard at work to ensure the system you will soon use, is one which is safe, reliable, and fosters a positive online experience. Despite the challenges they faced along the way, including a global pandemic and access restrictions, they persevered to deliver on a strategic goal and priority.

And while the system may not be a suitable solution for your clinical service, we still encourage you to log on and browse the impressive equipment catalogue, which currently hosts over 20,000 products. We are also in the process of updating all of our equipment request forms, for all eligible clinicians who cannot use EnableNSW Online.
