Application process
The application process requires submission of the SEED Application template email with a completed EnableNSW application form. EnableNSW will review the SEED application and advise the applicant and clinical service in writing of the outcome. If approved, clinicians should then submit equipment requests either online (if a NSW Health clinician) or by submitting the relevant equipment request forms.
- Clinicians should consider equipment from the standard stock range available through the Equipment Allocation Program (EAP) in the first instance
- For equipment available through a NSW Government contract, refer to the online equipment catalogue or the contract quick reference guides available on the EnableNSW website
- For products not available in stock or on Government contract, the clinician should contact the EnableNSW clinical advisor to discuss other options.
