Authorised Repairers
Our panel of authorised repairers are qualified technicians who will ensure timely and quality repairs each time.
If you need a repair to equipment that has been funded by EnableNSW, you should contact our repairs team and they will arrange this for you, using one of our authorised repairers below. If the equipment is still within the warranty period, the team will send the repair request to the original supplier in the first instance.
You can contact our repairs team on 1800 362 253 (option 2) or alternatively send an email to enable@health.nsw.gov.au and tell us your name, date of birth, address, equipment that needs repair and the issues you are experiencing.
If your call is outside our office hours and the repair is urgent (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) you can contact one of the highlighted repairers below and let us know the details when we reopen.
